That Dakota interview- ouch!

Not excusing Ellen's behavior at all, but often bullies have been bullied themselves. I remember when she came out in the 90s and the backlash that followed, it was not an easy time to identify as a lesbian. You just kind of wonder how hardened she became after that. She fell off the radar for a while until Finding Nemo resurrected her career.

NY Post rumored replacements...

"James Corden to Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Bell or Jenn Aniston."

It's not bullying. She's clearly a demonic sociopath.

Settle down, Clarice. Don't just go throwing around the word sociopath. She is married. She rescues animals. She has friends. Ergo, Ellen is NOT a sociopath.

Quite a few celebrities have publicly defended her. I would hesitate to do that when large numbers of people have reported her cruelty and abuse. I can’t imagine this is just some kind of witch hunt and that there’s no validity to these reports, and her long-time reputation.

I don’t think she’ll be fired, but if this causes a turnaround in her behavior, and some accountability (which didn’t seem to exist in the past), then that’s a positive.

Wouldn't Kristen Bell and Anniston just bring in the same crowd as Ellen basically and be interchangeable with each other in the I'm friendly and goofy hostess role.

Hmmmm. An afternoon replacement that isn't

Entertainment/celebrity-based fawning show,
Reality/paternity test/family drama show,
Court show,
Early edition local news broadcast,
True crime/sensationalist unsolved case show,
Rerun of '90s sitcom.

(Don't know, I got nothing else)

Why and how is this show going to continue during Covid; I would rather see reruns of the Graham Norton Show.

I love him. He's so funny, and he brings out the best in his guests.

Amy Schumer or Wanda Sykes get my vote. Both are funny on their feet.

False alarm folks. Ellen has always been super nice to Scooter Braun (the talentless leech who pimped Taylor Swift and Justin Bieber), Katy Perry, Kevin Hart, Jennifer Aniston and... Jay Leno. Nothing to see here folks...

I used to like her, but over the years the realization has set in that tormenting and humiliating people fuels her fire. If you watch her show I'd say 90% is humiliating people (audience, guests and crew) and 10% is half-*** interviewing. Give her the sack, she's a nasty mentally ill egomaniac bully.

This is an example of what she airs.

That’s actually funny.
