If anything I could see ECNL adding more teams in a state till they had enough to have league play(where possible). It would make restarting a lot easier. The teams could just follow the state guidelines and not have to worry about another state’s coronavirus policy.

Smart. Good idea. One could theoretically have multi state play in the state with the least restrictive guidelines. So if Maryland continues lockdown longer, I wonder if teams could not simply agree to play in VA?
