Well it's not normal, but the whistleblower complaint says "this was 'not the first time' under this Administration that a Presidential transcript
was placed into this codeword-level system solely for the purpose of protecting politically sensitive-rather than national security sensitive-information."

The implication is that there are other calls hidden from the intelligence community because they would be damaging to Trump rather than because they contain sensitive information.

13:19 pp here. But in the other cases was this decided in advance or were they also situations expected to be routine calls?

But AD Maguire feels no compunction to provide protective cover for the whistleblower he oversees in his agency. Such a profile in courage /s

Let's see, the call "was not restricted in advance because everybody expected it would be a 'routine' call". But after the call all records are moved to the separate electronic system for highly sensitive information.

Because it's easy enough to verify that the records were removed from the normal storage even if the secret storage is kept secret. Smoking. Gun.

That's because you yourself aren't credible when you twist the WaPo report. It wasn't that he was "planning to resign," it was that he said he would resign if he didn't get to testify. How do you know that's wrong? I personally don't believe him when he says he didn't put it that way. Because no official in this administration is credible.
