| I'm 5'4 and my goal weight is 112-115lbs. I used to be 108 pre-baby but I don't see that happening. |
Uh.... no. I am 205 lbs and 5'6.5" and am a size 6. In fact, a size 6 is often times roomy on me! |
| Talking about sizes, I am 120lbs and around 5'5" and I just got a form fitting dress from Anna Taylor in XXS and it fits me perfectly. I don't think that makes any sense. Must be vanity sizing. I was not XXS 30 years ago when I was below 105 lbs. |
Wow! Looking at the other PPs post, it seems like there is a wide range of weight in different clothes sizes. It would be interesting to see a picture of different women lined up in same clothing size. |

I'm 5'7 and 115 and I don't think that is too thin at all!
i'm really LOLing at these answers. No one has ever told me I look too skinny or emaciated. They tell me to my face that they are jealous! |
I doubt this very much. |
|
Yeah, but I've never heard of anyone over 200 lbs in a size 6. |
| 5'11 and my goal weight is 160. I do think I looked great when I was 145 and ran half marathons. but I am 185 now and think 25 pounds is far enough reach. I'd be happy at 160. |
Do you mean a 6 regular or a 6x? |
regular size 6. I can also fit into petite size 8. |
| Vanity sizing is not helping the obesity epidemic. A 200 lb woman thinking she is a size 6 is ridiculous. |
Can you please explain to me why this is ridiculous? I know my body. What makes you think you’re an expert on MY body? |
Even with all the vanity sizing going on today, I fail to see how someone 205 lbs can be a size 6. The 205 lbs can be solid muscle and that person still wouldn't be a 6, even at the most vanity sized places. |
I'm pretty sure the 205 lb "size 6" is a troll. |
