By the way, I’m a woman and I love that I get to work as much or as little as I want, freeing me up to spend as much time as I want watching my kids grow.

Most women have to work to support their families. Women are the predominant breadwinners in this country.
It’s not a choice.

Many women also value a professional life and the contribution they make through thier work to society - in addition to the roles they play raising children, caring for parents, and other roles in the home.

You must liive in incredible privilege to work “as much of as little” as you want.

The paranoia among some of the white male is bordering on insanity. I'm married to a white man, and he doesn't feel this way, at all. He realizes that white men in this country, and other countries, have enjoyed an unequal amount of power and benefits in the past, and educated progressive countries are trying to remove barriers for the rest. It's about equal access and opportunity, not about subjugating you. The only subjugation that has ever occurred in the past in this country has been committed by white men in power against people of color, native Americans, and women.
