Damn clean air-killing business ;p |
Hahaha! |
Well, republicans in general don't march or protest, we are much more about individual responsibility and action than collective complaining. Take a look at the list of protests and marches in DC: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_rallies_and_protest_marches_in_Washington,_D.C.#2017 As you can see, liberals tend to protest and march about the issues that care deeply about. Therefore, it would be indicative that liberals care deeply about jobs, the economy, and national security if they also marched about those things with the same frequency with which they protest and march about immigration, LGBT, and etc... |
That protest was about corporate influence, the banking industry, and income inequality; the US economy was a tangential issue, not the main one. Take a look at the summary from Wikipedia: "The original protest was initiated by Kalle Lasn and Micah White of Adbusters, a Canadian anti-consumerist publication, who conceived of a September 17 occupation in Lower Manhattan. The first such proposal appeared on the Adbusters website on February 2, 2011, under the title "A Million Man March on Wall Street."[11] Lasn registered the OccupyWallStreet.org web address on June 9.[12] That same month, Adbusters emailed its subscribers saying “America needs its own Tahrir.” White said the reception of the idea "snowballed from there".[12][13] In a blog post on July 13, 2011,[14] Adbusters proposed a peaceful occupation of Wall Street to protest corporate influence on democracy, the lack of legal consequences for those who brought about the global crisis of monetary insolvency, and an increasing disparity in wealth.[13] The protest was promoted with an image featuring a dancer atop Wall Street's iconic Charging Bull statue." |

Individual responsibility and action is a big part of what makes up collective responsibility and action, you act as though the two are somehow incompatible or contradictory. They aren't. That said, collective action and responsibility are tremendously more effective and successful than individual action and responsibility because of the force multiplier of having more people aligned for a common goal. |
Actually, conservatives do march and rally, i.e. Tea Paert protests, March For Life, Westboro Baptists, Operation American Spring, Bikers For Trump et cetera... they just suck at it and can't manage to rally meaningful numbers. |
Chinese here. What do you expect from a bunch of New Lefts who wanted Chairman Mao back? You are an idiot. If you like China so much, go live there and breath the fresh air. |
They are paid by the propaganda department and called "50 cents". |
Oh, forgot to mention: Chinese New Left = American ALT Right, in case you are confused. Both pine for dictators. |
Yep, I feel like puking when some Chinese just assume me was one of them and start talking racist bullshit to me. |
Nobody here wants Chairman Mao. And we want nothing like your corrupt authoritarian government back in mainland China. Thanks for proving the point about the Chinese being clueless about American politics and society. |
Of the Chinese I know, only the religious ones voted for Trump. Most voted for HRC. |
Why? She can't criticize the Xi regime? Who voted him as the emperor of China? You are an embarrassment to humanity. |
So why are you quoting articles from the Chinese Propaganda department? |
What is so funny? Try to start any protest in China that is not sanctioned by the party, including anti-abortion, you will get crushed by tanks. |
