Ugh - autocorrect. Wednesday if they get them out tomorrow morning. Thursday if they go out tomorrow night. |
| Why wouldn't they go out today? And why would the confirmation email say we are going to find out by email if they are telling us by mail (yes I am occupying myself by speculating incessantly)? |
| The waitlists are up on their website, under the Admissions tab. |
| Thanks for the heads up. We are in the upper 400s. NEXT! |
|
533 people on the PS3 waitlist
326 on the PK waitlist Wow. |
| We are around 300 for PK3. So didn't even make it into the top 50%! Guess I can cross that one off my list! |
| Closer to 533 than to 50. This is fun, I want to keep playing. Where do I buy more chips? How do I pawn my car? |
| 200s oh well |
|
Omg near 500. I knew the odds for my dream school were slim to none, so why am I so upset? I'm actually tearing up. My punishment for checking dcum on my lunch break - mascara runs!
Anyone else having irrational reactions to the news? I need company in my misery! |
| The ridiculous way I console myself from the triple digit waitlist number misery is by checking the latest Trulia numbers on my EOTP NW rowhouse estimated value. Not sure why. Maybe because it reassures me that we could move to the 'burbs, because it reassures me that the local dcps will probably be good for my younger kid even if it's not for my rising preschooler, or because it balances out a bit the prospect of the cost of private school next year. |
| We got pushed out for the second year in a row. Our number is 107. Sad Face! DC is at an immersion now buttttttttttt..... we want to upgrade! Maybe a miracle will happen and they will call for PK4 |
| Mascara here. Thanks trulia. That might have helped a bit, at least it was a distraction! |
| Even though my news was bad, I liked how they posted it without full names. |
| interesting. my twins received consecutive waitlist numbers. this can't be a coincidence. anyone have any insight into how that happened? |
