| Take Chicken breats, chicken thighs or even better Skirt Steak put it a freezer bag and marinate with soy sauce, garlic powder, cumin, and lemo/lime juice. Put on the grill, if it's skirt steak, let it rest and slice against the grain. This is a good fajitas recipe you can eat with rice or tortillas and your choice of accoutrements. It's easy and delicious, you don't even need to marinate for terribly long. If you marinate for a short time pour the excess marinade over the meat. |
