Hire a financial adviser immediately and get things tied up legally so we'd be protected from vultures.
Pay off our student loans.
Set up a college fund for my son and a trust fund for him as well.
Set up enough money to live a lavish retirement.
Go part time at work. I love my job but I miss my son.
Buy a second car.
Buy a house.
I would give my mother and my mother in law enough to retire immediately and live good lives. I'd pay off all their debt.
Pay off both my sisters' houses.
Take amazing vacations.
Buy some really fabulous clothes.
Hire a housekeeper.
Give our undergrad college a huge sum of money. They deserve it.

Most important though, I would get pregnant again. We want another child more than anything in the world but we can't afford one. And then I'd be the happiest pregnant woman on the planet.

I wish we'd have a chance of winning. But we never win anything.

The winner will be someone who doesn't need the money and will squander it on pointless things. Isn't that always how it works?

IF we did win something like this I'd settle all previous debt (student loans, etc), donate a bunch, give some to family members who need it, set aside a bunch for savings for different purposes (future needs, buying a home, kids' college funds, etc), set aside some for travel, then buy the things we need and some of the things we want.

Finish out the school year, then take an extended, extended vacation.

Pay down the mortgage. Buy a vacation house. Put money aside for our siblings (but not tel lthem about it just yet, as two of them would blow through anytng).

Go back to school to become a DPT and work with wounded vets.
