Why are younger women so left wing?

Look at Christianity, whole theme of sex abuse and cover up. Just recently, a whole new exposure of abuse in the Assemblies of God church published a couple months ago, similar to that of the Catholic church. Some men with serious Christian beliefs seem prone to enjoy subjugating others. It is definitely repulsive.

Men in power have always sexually exploited the vulnerable.

What is rare is the social constraints where this behavior is widely condemned.

I'm pretty sure the PP is referring people refusing measles vaccines etc. There are recent interviews of parents who lost kids to the latest Measles outbreak and claim they still wouldn't vaccinate their children if given the opportunity. We all know by now that MAGA isn't going to just refuse a minor flu shot, they are going all in on the classic diseases.

It is all about control and misogyny. If a woman is educated and employed it is more difficult to control her....look at the evangelicals and their cults it's by design.

The loss of religiosity has pushed people to be more emotionally attached to their political beliefs.

This is true for both sexes and both political parties.

Women are just more inclined to choose Democrats because they emphasize caring for the “oppressed” which a very feminine instinct; although statistically religious women of all races tend to be less Democratic leaning. Clearly they do exist however as the PP opined.

I suspect that the reason for the massive surge in out of state applicants to southern schools has to do with the political leanings of the women on campus. Parents of boys want them exposed to a viable pool of potential mates, and conservative girls are far more likely to be interested in marriage and children. The percentage of out of state students at, for example, Ole Miss and Bama, is double or more that of UVA and University of Maryland. I've noticed in particular that young men from the NY/NJ area (notoriously difficult dating grounds) seem to be swarming the southern campuses.

It's kind of a sad thing, the mismatch with boys wanting marriage and family and the girls not wanting marriage and family. Girls can have whatever political leanings they want, but it's understandable and human that boys still want marriage and therefore lean conservative.

I kinda find this hilarious considering twenty years ago in my 20s was all about women wanting marriage and guys just wanting to be "players" and play the field. But the attitude was that "boys will be boys" and now that the attitude has flipped, we have to condemn women?

I'm not really sure where you got from my post that I was condemning women. I was noting the mismatch between the number of boys interested in having a family and the much smaller number of girls who do. I didn't weigh in on who was right, but I do feel for people who want to have families and may find that more difficult (especially boys in blue states). They will figure it out- for example on reddit there's a sub dedicated to young men sharing info about countries they can go to to find marriage minded girls. It's completely understandable, given this sudden and stark gender difference in America, that boys would drift rightward while girls drift leftward.

And yet they dont want to be committed ro these women sexually AND they likely don't even want to stay married. They just want to be around women who won't make them look dumb, are naive, dress skimpy, have no parents around, and like to have a good time. Thats why there are country songs about girls who go out on the town Saturday and are at church Sunday and love their dad. Its all performative towards males.
