Any recourse for kids skipped on ladder for Divisionals?

Does your team have a handbook? We have a policy spelled out about this topic. If it’s not already, I’d recommend having the team document a clear policy for future years. For our team, it’s clearly swimmer’s choice if they’re top in more than 2.
