Not true. Two 2027s on a team and didn’t tryout.

I was told AA was run by Robinson and the Maryland folks. If you play for M&D you are pretty much required to participate in AA

Nope. NB AA is run by Corrigan Sports, and with one kid who went through M&D program, I can say that there is zero pressure to tryout of for or play in any all star circuit. Robinson does run UA150, but again, zero pressure to apply.

This is not accurate. Robinson runs UA150, not AA, and you are not required to participate in anything ever.

I know extremely talented players who were not selected, and there are some players selected I have never heard of. At least in my daughters’s age group, it seems that everyone selected was physically present at the tryout.

Well-said.

100% true. I see a 2030 who submitted "video".

One of the 2028s was wearing a robotic exoskeleton during the tryout. And that is the reason she made it over my daughter, who is strong but not quite to the level of a robot.

I have a friend that works at Cyberdyne Systems. They can help you out.

Heck with the kid, I need help rolling my trash can to the curb. I'll take the referral!

Due to injuries. Both of them played on Team DC/VA in the past and both deserve to be on the team.

So does that mean every girl who was on the team in the past deserves to be on it again?

Any player accepting a spot with no tryout should be ashamed. Someone please tell me this did not actually happen.

I’m very disappointed I did not see my friend Sarah Connor make the team this year. Sarah said she would be back.
