Most Virginians hate him.

I actually mostly liked him until he started running his mouth about how firing feds was “a good thing”.

The turning point for many was fall 2023, when he was suddenly claiming Virginians were asking him to make Virginia "a national leader in reasonable abortion restrictions". What Virginians? Who was asking for this? He doubled down, tripled down, etc., and it cost Republicans getting control of the general assembly in that off cycle random election because of the redistricting. It was obvious, at that moment, he was running for the next office after governor and was playing to some random "base". He was no longer his own brand, he was a typical BS politician running for the next job, just making stuff up because he thought that was what the national base wanted to hear.

He's doing it again now. No Virginia first. He wants to either get a cabinet position with Trump, run for Senate in 2026 against Warner or for president in 2028 (or get a VP nod under Vance or something). You cannot trust anything he says.

Feds voted against him

Doesn’t hurt him one bit.

The public that pays more tax money than they receive is loving the Feds being forced into fiscal reality.

She doesn’t stand a chance but don’t really think Younkin cares about her? Lol

My Republican relatives in Southern VA hate Sears.

Literally every dollar that a federal employee makes is a tax on the American people. Not a single fed pays more in taxes than they receive.

I recall many NoVa people voting for Youngkin due to DEI, CRT, and covid restrictions. I wonder how many of these folks now have their jobs on the line.

Not mine (Henry County). They say she's been campaigning there and visits there a lot over the past year (before she ever announced she was running). She is also a supporter of mining rights in the area, there is a lot of uranium and other minerals under the ground there and a lot of lower income people want to sell so it can be mined.

Why do you make up stuff like this?? Also, many agencies don’t even run on appropriations.

It's like Youngkin doesn't realize the federal government keeps the state of Virginia afloat, with all the contractors. Or maybe he does...

Thank you Virginia for ejecting a pos that of course doesn’t give a crap about your economic development.

Fools

Youngkin is trying to set himself up with MAGAS for a run in 2028 for president which is a joke because he couldn't even carry Virginia.

This he wants to get in with MAGA and their orange leader. Always has he could give a sh*t about Virginians.
