+2 I agree but I think I know why - our child care is at a school that was extremely icy on Tuesday. Parking lot had not been cleared. I think they are worried about liability. It is striking though that they feel the need to shut down everything for 1-3 inches of snow. What is the barrier to plowing the parking lots?
