If anything people ignore Niche now more than they used to.

Serious question: why do test scores suggest to you that a given school is better at providing an education?

At the same time, the faculty pages show nearly half the staff has turned over since 2020, and we don't know how many more will be gone once the August roster goes up.

It's a volatile place with a one-dimensional "educational philosophy" tied to testing and more testing.

Unstable meat grinder.

The current HOS has been here since 2021 and has done an excellent job. No current or prospective parents care about the HOS changes before that. The school has grown and improved in every measurable way the past 3 years, and the student body is made up of great students who want to do well in school. The school is only a “meat grinder” in the sense that every other high achieving school is (test scores, matriculation, awards/achievements). Former teacher who was let go and other trolls, please move on.

You have a great future writing advertising copy for all kinds of cheesy products. Ignore ALL negative data because EVERYONE loves my product, which is the BEST thing ever!

Parents measure schools in many other ways other than test scores. But BASIS parents never get that. So their kids get nothing else either.

Thanks. Can’t say the same for your future. You get let go from a school in 2020 and monitor their faculty pages for turnover to post about it on this forum for the rest of your life. I’m sure your personality does wonders for your kids.

What data? Apparently, Niche ratings don’t count, matriculation info is fake, test scores are irrelevant. Kind of seems like the haters are the ones ignoring the data.

Any Basis Independent schools is part of their for-profit network. That includes the Brooklyn and Silicon Valley campus, which are very well renowned schools.

You are a troll and a 🤡.

1) No one hates BIM here except you. You were fired from the school. You sit in your basement wasting hours scouring DCUM for any favorable mention of BIM and then repeatedly rage post incoherent rantings. Just get a job at Starbucks and move on with your life.

2) Why would anyone with a kid at a Big 3 "hate" BIM? They/we could care less about the school.

3) In fact, why would anyone "hate" BIM except someone with a grudge and chip on their shoulder like you.

4) The fact is that the data speak for themselves. BIM is cheaper than the Big 3 and offers similar results. If you account for the fact that BIM doesn't have much in the way of athletic recruits and legacies, BIM may offer even better results.

Good for them.
