What is an apartment broker? |
Exactly. This is what is so mind blowing to me about this thread. |
What are your degrees in? |
What kind is sales? Because thats terrible. My base pay in sales is 180k and I’d be fired if that’s all I hit. A bad year puts me at 250k. If your DH actually has the ability to seek he’s selling the wrong thing. |

My kids elementary school teacher left for a learning & development, new hire training sort of role in tech. |

But this is.. [checks notes].. DC Urban Moms... I think it's safe to assume the large majority of posters are in the DC Metro area and that is the context of the question. |
We are two techies in Texas (posted way up in the thread) and certainly in Tech especially for remote jobs, $150K is pretty common by late 30's and early 40's in MCOL (we are at ~$250K and ~$350K in mid 40's) |
I think this board is now filled with non-local posters. I'm one of them. This board draws UMC people because it has so much feedback on issues which apply to that socioeconomic class of people. Been coming here off and on for over a decade. Google has brought me here when I search stuff about...fertility treatments, nannies, earning and managing a high income, private school, cosmetic procedures, etc. |
