Oh, now you are bringing in the "world", when previously it was NoVa is so much better than MoCo. |
| Why is nobody mentioning PG? Doesn't that make up half of the MD side of the metro area? |
One of the worst counties in Md. but richer than 24 Virginia counties. Md is an incredible state. |
Haha, reflective of Maryland's delusions. |
I’m the poster you were responding to. FFX schools are better than MoCo in 2020’s. I honestly can’t speak to loudoun, Howard, etc. Kind of an irrelevant point for any individual which goes back to the fact that it’s neighborhood specific and folks should decide based on commute and which neighborhood / houses are available when they are looking. Either way, my point stands that the majority of posters here likely need to see a therapist and or get a hobby because most folks in the real world simply don’t get heated about this “issue”. |
All facts. |
Publics have been destroyed everywhere. Md has access to the most and best privates. Very forward thinking. |
Except you voted in Youngkin who if he gets his way makes VA into school choice. So yeah MD is way better and will stay that way. Your taxes will rise your schools will be come crap. What red state has good schools none. |
You voted in Youngkin and a bunch of other GOP idiots MD in 5 years destroys VA. |
Better than VA |
That’s what makes Md so power packed and rich. One of its worst counties is home to NASA, Andrews AFB, MGM, National Harbor, a Big Ten - Top ten research spending University, an NFL team, National Archives, USDA, US Census Bureau, US Secret Service, the IRS, US weather prediction center, US defense intelligence agency. So much wealth packed into such a small state. Since the nations capital is donated by and embedded in Maryland, the state could be considered the most powerful and important state in the country. |
Not at all. FFX schools cannot compete with MoCo schools at all |
|
No it won’t catch up.
MoCo has too many issues, is too big, and is mismanaged/ misgoverned. |
This is totally true. Moved to MOCO for the privates. |
| Half of Bethesda does private schools, so there’s that. |
