Sunday Dinner: what are you making?

This Sunday I plan to make meatballs, Parmesan polenta, sautéed mushrooms, and roasted green beans (or a salad if the group prefers - kale with apples and cheddar).

We are going to make homemade Montreal bagels, whitefish salad, baked eggs, pickled veggies with some Wegmans gravlax. Toddler is into baking, and loves to make bagels.

We are having ham, baked potatoes, winter squash, and green beans for Sunday dinner. And rolls.

Yesterday, made eggplant parm with homemade sauce (Marcela Hazan recipe)

Today, trying this :

I leave out the milk and American cheese and add an ounce of cream cheese instead at the end.

I made a blueberry coffee cake for breakfast.

Also made soft pretzels, some of which I froze for soup night.

Homemade enchilada sauce, double recipe. Half to freeze and half for quick enchilada dinner this week.

Ruben casserole for dinner.

A little cleaning and I’m done for the day.
