DH was working so I made the kids breakfast for dinner-scrambled eggs, sausage, skillet potatoes, and toast. It’s pretty much always a home run for them.
I had a bowl of leftover homemade beef stew with a big chunk of baguette and Wegmans Butter Boy butter.

It was pretty good - had it for leftovers the next day as well. I used the shaved steak from Wegmans bc I couldn’t find any thin sliced pork. |

| You can always cook any type of pasta and mix it with parmesan cheese. Just enough, not as a mac and cheese dish. You can simply it with a few spoons of pesto too. It's very simple. |
