| SHe is now in a coma |
Sounds like her injuries were more significant than originally reported. |
This right here. My brother's an alcoholic with multiple DUIs. He doesn't think he has a problem. He never knows when he's drunk, either. He doesn't have the ability to go out for a meal and have one cocktail or two beers. Society would be better if he was never allowed to drive or own a car without an interlock ignition device, but the courts deem that as something that negatively hinders their ability to earn a living. Stupid and pathetic, especially in the DMV area with Uber, Lyft, taxis, and public transpo. |
Yes- go back a page. |
Also, being drunk. Drunks never get hurt. My time as a volunteer EMT taught me that. Drunks can roll a car 7 times, skid into oncoming traffic, get t-boned, and will be walking around the scene like it was a casual fender bender. Everyone else in their path of destruction gets hurt. |
Agreed. She chose 1) to drink 2) to drive 3) to continue driving after she hit the garage. |
| Weird that media sources are probably working on her obituary right now |
Most celebrities and high profile people have pre-written obituaries that are periodically updated by their PR teams. I guarantee you like, IDK Scarlett Johannsen and Kate Hudson have pre-approved obits sitting in their files with zero indication they'll die tomorrow. It's pretty standard. |
| FoxNews has posted video from a Ring Doorbell showing her flying down a residential street. She is lucky she didn’t hit someone. |
I didn't realize that, I thought that was more for very high profile people who are like over 65. And it was the newspapers that had them on hand, not the PR teams. Learn something new every day. |
| Anne Heche isn’t nearly famous enough to have an obit pre-written. |
| I haven't followed her or know much about her, but what I do know was that she had SEVERE mental health illness issues. Obviously, addiction issues as well. |
Yes, and she shouldn't be allowed to drive. Her individual rights shouldn't trump those of others. |
