Trucks have to pass a registration process to get a registration sticker to be driven legally. White teenagers have to adhere to state laws to get their trucks street legal to drive them around on the streets. That’s the difference.

Acoustic cameras. Massive fines, doubling for each subsequent offense. Jail time for the repeat offenders and those hiding license plates.

Throw down traffic barriers on streets where any children leave on the weekend. Remove the excitement by pushing them to the periphery where they can impress only the types just like themselves. Where’s the fun in hanging out with that type of person?

Register each driver and regulate to the nth degree. Mandate expensive maintenance visits every quarter; ensure massive lines and open only on workdays.

Regulate. Tax. Fine. Displace. Definitely no hugs and understanding. This is terror and a public health problem — for the public, not the perpetrators

London trialing acoustic cameras to curb muscle cars. Fines are too low but it will catch on soon. DC could make so much money on these and good riddance lawn mower riders
