Same. There seems to be some flipper rule, to add something eye catching to the curb. I could handle the turquoise doors, but patches of yellow or orange paneling on grey exterior is taking things too far. |

| NO WAY are all those floating staircases to code. The set next the windows looks like the treads are different distances in rise (at the top) and width - super dangerous risk of falling - and the there is a dangerous opening between the tread and the window. I believe that if the tread is truly floating you are required by code to have dual sided handrails. Someone should ask code inspector..... |
