DP. Olive oil. The edges get lacy and crispy. So good! |
| Grocery store bday cake and frosted gooey brownies. |
It’s not real Parmigiano-Reggiano. Which means it did not originate from Parma, Italy. Just like most American Champagne does not come from champagne France. Just like it’s illegal to sell California “champagne” in Europe they must call it sparkling wine. We know Kraft Parmesan is not Parmigiano-Reggiano, we know it has anti caking agents in to that why it’s on this thread. |
My sister-in-law fries eggs in the grease left over for making the bacon. |
Yes, that is even better. We call them dirty eggs. |

Well, I think it is pretty creative what I eat and some world renowned chef could have it on his menu.
Use the toaster oven to heat up frozen cauliflower crust pizza from COSTCO, top it with bits of homemade tandoori chicken and then drizzle with store bought mint-coriander chutney that has been whisked with mayo and some finely chopped raw garlic. Beyond delicious. |
Now now, this is a confessions thread. Let’s keep the urge to correct and criticize to ourselves. |
Oh! That salmonella is usually from the fields where the wheat is grown. You could just microwave it once, and then it should be good. https://habukicookie.com/how-to-heat-treat-flour-for-raw-cookie-dough/ Or just wing it.

Ha! Quite the opposite. But now that I know boxed Mac and cheese will fit into my diet I will feel less guilt about it (but I’m still not sharing). |

Hot white rice with butter.
Ditto on the powdered parmesan on buttered noodles. Nacho cheese sauce on tortilla chips with tamed jalapenos. Vanilla ice cream with Hershey’s chocolate sauce and chopped nuts. |
| Judging you animals who eat frosting out of the can. Obviously, civilized people spread canned frosting on graham crackers. |
| Whatever cheese I have in the fridge nuked on top of whatever chips are in the pantry. Add salsa or hot sauce or jalapenos. Simple yet satisfying. |
My dad taught me that trick! It’s dads dessert when mom is out. |
| Cinnamon Chex cereal crushed up in the bottom of a bowl, nuke 30 seconds in microwave. Add a scoop of vanilla and drizzle with chocolate, et voila. You will be transported to Chi-Chi's circa 1998 for fried ice cream. |
Hmm, does that require an extra utensil or do you use the back of your spoon? |
