NP. I think what you're missing is that this was the modus operandi in the past and people agreed that there could be differences. Nevertheless, the republican party since Trump has changed so much that it's not just a matter of disagreement on political opinions, it's fundamental disagreement on what that person believes and also their values. This is the reason why people feel strongly. All of these posters who say that a matter of political disagreement should not lead to this kind of behavior are missing this fact that it's a fundamental change in how you view the world and who you are as a person that is different now.

I don’t see it as any different than any other preference. I put that I wasn’t interested in dating a Vegan. I have in the past and based on my preferences,
I don’t want to in the future and I don’t want to waste anyone’s time. I wouldn’t be offended if someone said they only want to date a vegan, because that’s their choice and I appreciate them not wasting my time.

I don't think this is a question about voting, its' about who you're dating. You can choose to vote for whomever you decide on. Nevertheless, there are many women who don't want to date republicans/Trumpers and you/others on here have an issue with it. Go to political forum if you want to discuss politics.

This is the problem with a "both sides" argument like this. Comparing Trumpism to the Left is false equivalence. Trump started out with his racist crap questioning Obama's citizenship and promoting all his lies about his people "can't believe what they're finding" stuff. Trump separated families at the boarder, gave comfort racists, bigots and NAZIs marching though Charlottesville. He wanted to call out the military on largely peaceful protests in DC. He subverted National Interests to try to get the President of Ukraine to bear false witness against Biden before the election. He used campaign funds to pay silence money to porn stars. He didn't pay taxes on his supposed billions for over 10 years and refused to release his tax returns. Any he tried to overturn (and still tries) a free and fair election and to crazily dispute the results saying it was "stolen" without any evidence. He politicized mask wearing during a global pandemic and denied it was a problem that should be addressed for precious months. This, folks, is a man who shouldn't be let anywhere near the halls of power, let alone leader of the free world. He's an international embarrassment. If you support and continue to support this guy, YOU either have a character problem, you're ignorant, or both. Sorry folks.

God, that's rich coming from an insurrectionist ex-president. The responsible, reasonable, pragmatic Republicans in knew and grew up with have left the party awhile ago. It's not party of crazy vs party of cant execute. I'll take the latter.
