That said, I've had FBs who were Democrat and, although I never discussed politics, if it came up I never let on I wasn't in full sync with her politically just to not ruin the sex.

Not the PP here. Why do I do well? Because I'm a tall manly man, with a good job and good values. Liberal women never complain about my truck, they seem to like it. They appreciate my ability to light a fire, and haven't complained yet about my chainsaw use.

All of this. Plus, to answer another one of your questions: I was prepared to like him when he put on the "Tour de Trump" bicycle race, because I love to ride my bicycle. It was a fiasco. He did not pay his bills, which bankrupted a person I knew. Another woman who worked on the race was warned never to be alone with him, because she was "his type." I don't think that he even paid out the prize money, though I could be wrong.

He is thoroughly toxic and a threat to our democracy. His only loyalty is to power.
