You obviously don't get how the progressive + minority grievance mentality works.

He'll write a book.

He'll be greatly in demand as a speaker.

At least several millions of people will believe he was a victim, this wasn't a hoax, regardless of the objective facts.

He will end up making "bank" on all of this one way or another, even if he does go to jail for it.

No. Liberals punish their own who commit crimes and behave badly. See Al Franken and others. It is conservatives that forgive and forget in five minutes.

He is the villain. He took the "incredible risk" (commonly known as committing a CRIME) for personal gain. The accusations to Trump supporters was just an extra boost to the publicity--he wasn't really hurt and the story would not have had legs had he not included the HATE crime. The fact that he hates Trump just supports his story.

What I don't understand is how he did that interview with Robyn Roberts. I guess that shows how much he wanted publicity.

If I were anyone trying to have a relationship with him, I would never be able to believe him. He was a very convincing liar while responding to Robin's sincere questions during an extended nationally televised interview re his purported suffering from a hate crime.

Yea, you mean like how Northham, Fairfax, and Herring are all now out of a job. Oh wait.

Really?

After Anthony Weiner left the house in disgrace, didn't liberals in NYC come extremely close to electing Weiner as mayor of NYC? IIRC, they put Weiner ahead by double digits over every other candidate. And they already knew about "Carlos Danger's" history of sexting young girls.

I was watching those bobble-head dimwits on CNN after the presser and they managed to address every comment the superindent said except for his very pointed critique of the media’s coverage of this hoax. Does anybody still believe the media has credibility?

I don't know how anyone can watch CNN. Their coverage of anything political or criminal is horrible.

Um no? He entered and dropped out as soon as the scandal resurfaced. I don't know a single liberal that has a single positive thing to say about Anthony Weiner or has had anything positive to say since the first scandal came out. Until he was jailed there isn't much liberals can do about him trying to run for office, you all should know that better than anyone.

There are absolutely despicable people on both sides. I think democrats clean house better than republicans on the whole. I agree with another poster that the Northam/Fairfax/Herring thing is particularly distasteful but I don't think they have a clear path on Northam if he refuses to step down. Fairfax I think will be removed when the claims are investigated. Herring was the only I didn't think SHOULD have to leave office because at least he preemptively owned up to it and apologized before a picture made itself to the newspapers.

Wow. Your ignorance is astounding. Jussie made it worse for people who do actually experience racial and homophobic offenses. Do you see that? He is a classic narcissist and probably believes his own lies. No one should have pity for him.

Yes, we should all work to gain a better understanding of mental health issues. Completely agree.
