They have literally not shown that.

Yes, a pic of the taillight from when the PD picked it up from her dads- it was intact - and apparently the only one honest cop around who also said it wasn’t smashed when he saw it. Yet it was suddenly smashed after being in police custody with the flipped video (oops!) and the cop hiding on that side of her car for awhile.

The CW case is dead, as hard as this judge has tried to put her hands on the scale for the prosecution. Hung jury if not a complete NG verdict.

The fact that the cop’s Ring camera was erased and he got rid of his dog and phone is all I need to have reasonable doubt. And that just scratches the surface of the sketchy story. The mirrored video was jaw dropping.

Cant wait for the guilty verdict!

Jen McCabe is going down tomorrow with Kolokithas’ testimony. Jen and Kelly Dever should offer to room together on the inside.

Agree. The cops covered something up. We don't know what. But something, for sure. Given that, and the fact that there's some doubt he was even hit by a car, I don't know how you could not find reasonable doubt.

Yeah. The ring being erased. Incredible. And then the mirrored video from where the car was impounded. I just can’t even with these cops. Clearly trying to frame her. But why?? Bc they did it? Or bc they just hated her and thought it was her fault in some way, even if not intentional?

Are we watching the same trial? He testified on crossed that his memory was compromised. He admitted that when he looked at it again, he believed the snow could’ve been blocking his view.

Rumor is Proctor saw her text to Yaneti that she hit him which can't be entered as evidence. They probably went over the top trying to nail her which ironically will get her off.

If they were trying to nail her, why didn’t they just put blood from the red Solo cups on her car instead of trying to insert microscopic shards of glass into his clothing?

What did the text allegedly say? Did I hit him?

There was a pic of the taillight before police custody. Not smashed

No, it said ‘I didn’t think I hit him that hard’

And she’s already had the Freudian slip on national television where she told Dateline, ‘he didn’t look mortally wounded, as far as I could see’

She hit him, whether intentionally or not, because she engaged in the extreme reckless act of backing her 6000lb vehicle at high speed toward the last known position of her allegedly beloved BF.

It requires magical thinking and participation in collective delusion to think otherwise.
