RHONJ: Dr Bill is a cheater

I am kind of surprised by this. He seemed like a good guy. He cheated for 2 years and while his wife was pregnant. I am disgusted. She just forgave him. I guess she stays for the money. Sad.

And OMG Jen's nose job is horrific. She found a plastic surgeon in turkey, on Instagram. Her own husband is a plastic surgeon and she is botched. Why?

I'm not going to judge women's decisions when they choose to stay in a marriage where the spouse cheated. It's never happened to me, and of course my trigger reaction is that I'd divorce him. BUT when it comes down to it there are a lot of other factors at play. First and foremost, Jennifer and Bill they have 5 children together. That is a huge one. Next is their conservative culture which looks upon divorce as basically a disease which destroys the reputation of the entire extended family. Money - sure that's part of it. She has become accustomed to a certain lifestyle. Lastly, I really think they love each other. And yes even spouses who love each other, cheat.

Now her nose - OMG what the hell happened! She also got a chin implant which she has since had removed. Her original nose was beautiful, it really suited her face. But Bill didn't want to work on her because she's a PIA patient according to him. She did the surgery while she was in Turkey visiting her brother so I have to wonder if it was a last minute decision where she didn't get his input?

If Bill truly loved her, he wouldn't have cheated for 2 YEARS. That's different than a fling/ error in judgment. Would he have stayed if she cheated?

Bill cheating was surprising but explained what I consider plastic surgery overload on her part. I would imagine some of her insecurities might stem from her husband cheating. I think she should stop getting surgery because she already has messed up her face. And I thought she was really pretty. I also worry about the message she is sending to to her kids with her obsession with her looks and her husband being a plastic surgeon.

Her nose is horrible. I feel for her dealing with such a long period of cheating. That wrecks for self esteem among many other things

Being blindsided by cheating in a loving marriage does a real traumatic number on you—even when the OW was ugly. Lol So I can see why she got caught up in plastic surgery. I’m sure her self-esteem tanked. Being in the public eye is that much worse.

I’m not surprised only because I know of many marriages I admired with men that for all purposes seemed to be great family men and devoted husbands have an affair at midlife. If they can work through it with therapy and he gets help on his own there is a lot of hope for them.

It's still traumatic. I wouldn't just be over it, even 10 years later.
