I'm not going to judge women's decisions when they choose to stay in a marriage where the spouse cheated.  It's never happened to me, and of course my trigger reaction is that I'd divorce him.  BUT when it comes down to it there are a lot of other factors at play.  First and foremost, Jennifer and Bill they have 5 children together.  That is a huge one.  Next is their conservative culture which looks upon divorce as basically a disease which destroys the reputation of the entire extended family.  Money - sure that's part of it. She has become accustomed to a certain lifestyle.  Lastly, I really think they love each other.  And yes even spouses who love each other, cheat.

Now her nose - OMG what the hell happened! She also got a chin implant which she has since had removed. Her original  nose was beautiful, it really suited her face.  But Bill didn't want to work on her because she's a PIA patient according to him.  She did the surgery while she was in Turkey visiting her brother so I have to wonder if it was a last minute decision where she didn't get his input?  [/quote]
