Get ready fam!! The website is down and won’t load for hundreds maybe thousands of teachers. It won’t load on your phone and won’t let you upload pictures. Tomorrow is going to be fun!

I plan to skip the upload and send my child to school with a printed copy of the photo of the negative result.

Unless they don’t go back in person.

Teacher here - I've been trying to upload my results for over 30 minutes now. If their website can't handle the traffic from teachers, they certainly won't be able to handle it when the students try. SMH. It's called load testing your websites. Look into, DC gov.

This is very frustrating. I had luck just reloading the page a couple of times. Hope it works for others too!

I called Octo to create a ticket of the problem to cover myself. I tried reporting and the website wouldn’t load!

It's really depressing that everyone called this and knew it wouldn't work. So plausibly, THEY knew it wouldn't work. What was their end game? Why are they trying to do something that they KNOW will be unsuccessful?

DCPS staff will now have until 10:00 am on Wednesday, January 5 to upload their test results.

Reminder: Test distribution will take place at DCPS schools from 2:00 to 5:00 pm and from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm on Wednesday.

This is a good idea if the website is down for students tomorrow

That won’t work. The kid will be required to take another test on arrival.

What are you basing this on - I was planning to email results to principal if website doesnt work. Why wouldn't they accept it?

Our school just texted us to say they’re out of tests and don’t come tomorrow until we hear from them so there’s that….
