as far as we know, Wolf and Subzero are not upgradable options.. only Jennair is.

The design center in Columbia had Wolf and Subzero as their appliances right when you walk in. The consultant told me it was all available but I never inquired about the price.

I'm still so confused about the appeal of this neighborhood. I live near by off Glen. The houses are so close together and it doesn't appear that there will be a community center with a pool. Help me understand the appeal of new construction with this tract builder vs. renovating an older home nearby with more land and an established community.

I’m not aware of any communities off Glen with a community center and pool...where is this, and how much are homes in your area?

We don't have a neighborhood pool though many have built pools in their backyards. I mentioned a community center with a pool because I don't think many lots would accommodate a backyard pool in Mt. Prospect. That being said, residents would then have to join a private club as an added expense.
