Zip code 22315.
I just received a CogAT letter in mail this evening. Not on SIS yet. |
Wow that's amazing!!!! I got nothing in today's mail for my third grader. |
I was surprised to see the mail too. My DD is in 2nd grade. |
I am sure scores for third graders are not a priority either. The 3rd grade teachers keep saying its just to have in the files I hope your kid scored well.

Thank you! She did good. The composite score is 140, much better than NNAT (120). The nonverbal is not her strong suit 😌 |
| Dang it. Not in our mailbox. |

22101 McLean- Nothing we received yet in mail or SIS.
Thanks 😊 Congrats! Your daughter scored great! |
That’s great! |
| Hopefully scores go out next week! I guess they have to do it earlier so each school can figure out their own pool? |
Each school determines their own pool now? I didn't know that. |
The Central Committee meets first to determine what kids are accepted into Level IV. Then there is the appeals process. After the county wide Level IV acceptances are completed and parents have determined if kids are moving to the Center or staying at their base schools, base schools will determine their Local Level IV classes. Local Level IV decisions won’t be made until the end of the school year. Some schools wait until the summer when they are setting classes for the next school year. |
| 22003 still hasn't gotten scores in mail. Odd. |
| So did only 1 zip code get cogat scores? What is the in pool score |
| Nothing on SIS and haven’t checked mail yet. |
The AART teacher mentioned at our info session last month that the in pool score is 132. Our school finished the CogAT the first week of the testing window. So maybe that why the result is mailed early? |
