I think she made money on the side giving lessons? Presumably for hundreds of dollars an hour. |
He and his sister are the poster children for no-talent nepo's who get shoved down America's throat by Hollywood. If their father was not a wealth manager for famous people, we would have never heard of either of them. |
That sounds more like a hard worker with a sense of hustle than a young woman twiddling her thumbs waiting to become a SAHM. |
Who are his parents? I had no idea he was the kid of famous people and a nepo kid? |
I think he's funny and a talented actor. However, based on the texts he is insecure and controlling in the context of a relationship. |
That's kind of where I am too. I would feel differently if it was a boiling-the-frog thing where they dated for a year+ and then he tried to impose all these rules and control her. Because at that point she is presumably very invested and in love and picturing a future, so it's more like emotional abuse or emotional blackmail at least. He is obviously an insecure weirdo, but he put it all out there early on and she was free to take it or leave it. |
https://www.nksfb.com/partners/richard-feldstein/ https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/business/business-news/richard-feldstein-hollywood-business-manager-icon-1235242599/ "THR’s 2022 Business Manager Icon reflects on nearly 50 years in the industry — representing clients including Adam Levine, Paul Rudd and Kate Hudson — and that time he took a red-eye to get a band out of IRS trouble." |
I think he sounds clueless and pathetic, not abusive. People (her and those who are upset for her) are giving him too much power in this situation. She could have walked away at any time. He was stating what he wanted she could take it or leave it.

It doesn't to me. Most of the SAHMs in waiting that I've known have been yoga instructors, nutritionists, etc. I've never known anyone to literally do nothing at all. People always have *something* going on. And in any case, he obviously guessed wrong-- he thought she would be open to this but she wasn't, and it appears to have been frustrating to both of them. But it's not abusive to lay out your requirements for a long term relationship or marriage. It is abusive to have unspoken requirements and then try to manipulate the other person to meet them against your will. The man has moved on and had a baby. Why is she doing this now? It's bizarre. I don't like Jonah Hill or his whole "I'm a feminist anti-racist white man" shtick, and I think people are fools for falling for it. But he's entitled to have regressive requirements for his relationships, as long as he doesn't coerce or trick people into it. |
Sane? Stipulating that your partner can have no friends of the opposite sex is not sane. That's manipulative and controlling. |
I think it's kind of a stretch to call him a nepo baby. His parents are in the entertainment industry but not exactly famous. His mom is a costume designer and his dad is an accountant for entertainment clients. I'm sure it gave him a leg up to know some people in that world, and obviously being rich helps you succeed in any field, but it's not like his parents are movie stars. |
Not a stretch at all. His parents may not be well-known names, but behind-the-scenes money man attached to all those A-list stars is certainly what put Jonah and Beanie ahead. |
lol. Lies. He has described a childhood of visiting A-list actors and producers homes. He's a bonafide nepo baby. |
+1. You can't have guy friends, you can't post on instagram, you can't wear a bikini, you can't make money in your profession (a profession which is how I met you!)........ for the privilege of having sex with my creepy fat ugly *ss. Um, where do I sign up for that? ![]() |
That's not what he said. |
