Yes, I also avoid steroids in milk and meat. No OCPs either. That is not what modern medicine is for.
No one knows why these people want to do a gender change, but I don't support it at all. In 200 years they will be laughing at us.
No one has been able to show that these folks are any happier after the transformation.

This explains the amicable separation and still being seen together! I'd probably divorce my husband if he wanted to transition to being a woman, but would still be his friend and hang out with him. Makes so much sense now!

That's what you say now. The woman I knew who was in Mrs. Jenner's position was blindsided by her husbands (desired) transformation. This woman BTW was very liberal. They got into a big fight (physical). They divorced, she got custody, and somehow a big alimony settlement, but he lost his job.... She lamented that she would be unlikely to find a suitable spouse (true). She also was angry at the deception. If she had known before they got married (like he did), she would not have married him.
The kids are angry at their father, because it embarrassed them, plain and simple.

I certainly know that transgendered people don't commit genital mutilation and that there is no "holistic" approach and that getting implants isn't akin to feeling like you were born in the wrong body, and what the hell are you talking about steroid use? Context. Look it up in the dictionary.

If you follow blind gossip, as I do, Bruce's transition has been written about and reported extensively. According to my on line gossip sites, he indeed is transitioning.

And, before you dismiss me as some gossip monster hack ( as my DH did), I recall reading all about John Edwards love child a full year before this hit the regular news.

About free will and acceptance. However, I can see what the pp means about living holistically and I totally agree to a point. We SHOULD be teaching our children to eat and take care of themselves/their body's naturally...
But if this is a change they need to make for their mental health, I would never in a million years think of disowning my child for doing what they felt is right for them.

I don't think I could get past the deception, so we would not be friends. Nope, we would not be friends, but I would not alienate him from his son. That would be an issue that the two of them would have to address.
