I caught some of the episode tonight and though they didn't address it (and he had his hair back in a ponytail), you could TOTALLY notice the difference in him.

I feel bad for Bruce. He seems kind and also naive, unaware of what he was marrying into, and the downward crazy of attention whores.

He's not a media-whore kind of guy. If he's distancing himself and not purposely going to the media (unlike other members of his family), then let him be.

Serious question - is he actually in the process of transitioning into a woman? Is that a fact or speculation based on his current appearance.

I know that he had some botched plastic surgery. But now it looks like he is doing his eyebrows and nails, growing his hair out. So maybe he is in the process of transitioning. He seems like a nice guy, always has - never understood the whole Kardashian thing, though. Whatever he does, I hope he's happy.
