There is no way that I would support genital mutilation. I would never support use of hormonal drugs that are dangerous. I hope to instill the idea of keeping a holistic approach to life in my kids. Feel the same way about women who get implants, and athlete who take performance enhancing steroids. Sick. 
Yes, I also avoid steroids in milk and meat. No OCPs either. That is not what modern medicine is for.
No one knows why these people want to do a gender change, but I don't support it at all. In 200 years they will be laughing at us.
