What is the most prevalent private school bumper sticker in DC Metro Area?

Gotta be St. Patrick's. Every third car on the road seems to have one of these stuck to the back (usually crooked). How many kids are in that school?? There must be thousands!!

Did you not get enough coverage on this issue from the other thread? Did we need to now have a separate one hour special?

The real answer is Beauvoir. But you don't notice because you travel on roads close to St Patricks. It's like saying, "Oh my God! Every car in the United States must be from DC because all the license plates say DC!!!" Travel around 34th and Woodley and you'll get nothing but the little green children holding hands.

It honestly is true there are more Beauvoir stickers. The reason being that B parents paste their sticker on the minute they get an acceptance letter. St. P parents are hit or miss on the issue.

Seems like there used to be more cars with stickers sporting the letter "L". Don't see so many of those around MD or DC any more. What's up with that?

The real answer is, of course, PIPS or "Pre-Ivy Primary School."

I see a lot of those crossed-out W's. Is this an anti-WIS campaign?

Landon-- all those by now many of these may have been shamefully removed from backs of cars.

Gonzaga -- the 20 inch tall, cut-out letter 'G'.

Depends totally on where you live.

Shit Gonzaga has close to 1,000 boys in their school. They might as well be a public school. I see the purble G everywhere around town. I see the Landon L quite often as well.

Agree with Gonzaga. Plus it seems to pull from a large area so there are purple Gs everywhere. St Patricks is a close second. The other one I see all the time is the blue and white paw. Is that Holton?

hardly ever see St Albans stickers, rarely NCS. Sidwell is more prevalent.

The paw can also be for Churchill Hs. Their mascot is the bulldogs. I am always getting them mixed up.

For those who are shamefully removing from the back of their cars, should be shameful of themselves. By no means am I a Landon booster, but I am tired of reading of events which can happen at any school in the nation. Yes there has a been series of incidents with Landon alums and some of their other boys, but serious incidents happen at almost every school. If those incidents occurred from my DC's child, I would be disappointed in those CERTAIN kids but to blame the whole lot of 600 boys who go there is absurd. I would still keep my DC's school bumper sticker on both of my cars.
