Victoria Beckham has eaten the same meal for 25 years

there is no way you can have enough energy with that one meail to keep you going, AND do two hours of workout. Stimulants.

I agree that she needs lots of energy to have the life that she does. It seems that she is eating her three meals but is very careful about eating only very healthy superfoods. She has said that she eats sprouted grain cereal and almond milk for breakfast, and then has a superfood green smoothie. Then more special toast, veggies, fruits, seafood etc for lunch and dinner.

I am sure she has a full life but she is also not doing cooking and cleaning at home. She can hire the best nutritionist and personal trainer to be in the best shape of her life. Why earn all that money when you end up dying early due to bad health or risky lifestyle choices? There are some super dedicated people in limelight, for example Tom Brady who has a super hard daily exercise and diet regimen that has enabled him to be the GOAT for so many years. Why should VB not emulate successful and smart people like TB?

Eh, it's weird to us mere common folks, but it's a lifestyle for certain celebrities.

A lot of celebs whose sole job is to look stunning 24/7 eat quirky things or are steadfast against certain things. Tom Brady doesn't eat tomatoes, sunshades, no sugar, and other things that are "normal" for most people .

She is eating the way she wants. I too have heard the rumors that she and her husband are just lovely, kind people, and it sounds as though she isn't passing her disordered eating on to her children, so what's it to you? All the "Oh, poor her, what a way to live" sounds like concern trolling.

She can be a lovely, kind person and still have an eating disorder, or disordered eating habits. Look at the photos—there are many periods of her life where she is clearly underweight for her frame—the knees and elbows and shoulders jutting out in that telltale way. Most people with anorexia do not make a full or straightforward recovery. We don’t know if VB has an eating disorder but it’s pretty damn likely when you look at the photos and now, hear her eating habits. It’s no one’s business but she is in the public eye, and many people also look up to her as a style icon, so it’s not irrelevant either.

I think you mean "night" shades - mushrooms, tomatoes etc. A sunshade is just a thing that keeps the sun off.

Whenever we read about people or nationalities that live long, their diet is exactly that: vegetables and fish.
If I had to choose one type of meal for the rest of my life it would be what's she's eating, it's delicious.

The 44-year-old has a committed approach to exercise too, and told The Guardian that she loves to spend an hour on the treadmill each morning, saying that she finds it empowering. "For me, that's where I go in the morning, that's 'me' time. It's not just about how it makes you look," Victoria said. "It's how it makes you feel. It really gets me ready for the day. It clears my mind. It's also where I have lots of ideas. It’s a time when I'm not on the phone, I'm not with the children, I'm not with David; I can literally just be left alone." She follows up her morning run with an hour-long session with a personal trainer, where they follow a dance-based workout from the Tracy Anderson Method.

Morning solo workout to prepare for the day. The horror? TBH if I could afford a daily trainer at home, I do the same. Have you ever seen pictures of Kate Hudson’s gym/home Pilates studio? I’d love to have that set up.

if you mean like the Japanese, they also eat a fair amount of rice.

I grew up on fish, rise and vegetables, and meat was a treat (we were lower income growing up). But, we also didn't worry about mercury back then, and fish was cheaper.

Her husband cooks for the entire family. She does not cook. David packs her lunch every day. I think she is already winning over the DCUM women who cry about their husbands not being alpha in earning and bed and beta in doing household chores. He is also a dedicated dad.

She is a super focused person and that has catapulted her to great heights in her professional life and her personal life is also great. I am sure if she has any genetic predisposition to diseases like high BP, Diabetes, Cholesterol etc - she has keep that at bay with her mostly Mediterranean diet and exercise. She will live happily in comfort, priviledge, luxury, celebrity for a long healthy life with a very hot and successful husband and a great family. I don't know if we will live as long as her but she will easily surpass Olivia Haviland, Doris Day and Betty White.

I do not believe that there is any eating disorder because that usually impacts fertility. She is super fertile and popped out 4 kids over 9 years.

I was on an extremely regimented diet and had three kids.

Well, are you her physician? How do you know that she has anorexia or OCD? I find it creepy that grown-ass adults get invested in the lives of adult celebrities and gleefully spread nasty rumors about them. You are creepy and a sad individual with nothing worthwhile happening in your life. I bet you are a fattie with an ugly family. Or probably divorced with no kids. I suggest a squatty potty for you.

NP. The PP you responded to could have been kinder but that post clearly triggered you. Your post just goes off the rails by making irrelevant assumptions and gratuitous attacks. I seriously wonder how adults post such things without their conscience getting in the way.

Why should DB go with a ordinary woman? He wants a famous, good looking, pop star, celebrity, tycoon, slim woman who is fertile and a MILF now.

Why not? They are well matched. He is also a famous, good looking, sports star, celebrity, tycoon, fit, potent man who is a DILF now.

Hot men go with hot women.

Her parents became rich, but she was not posh. Nouveau riche.

Um…okay? The question was, does she eat only this one meal each day, or is this just what she eats for dinner.
