Maybe she has orthorexia.
More about her eating: https://www.hellomagazine.com/cuisine/20210819119966/victoria-beckham-daily-diet-home-cooked-meals-david-harper/ |
I posted about this earlier. It’s certainly not unhealthy but it’s weird. All three of them ate the same salad every workday for ten years. |

I think extreme body dysmorphia and anorexia. She's got some crazy hangups over how she appears. I remember reading years ago how she destroyed her feet because she only wears very high heels, you'd have to have major issues to completely disfigure your body like that.
Also, if you google image search her, literally every single picture is the exact same pose. 3/4 angle, left side facing the camera, head slightly tilted. There's some major insecurities going on. |
I remember that too! I thought it seemed so counterproductive, she wore heels so much she gave herself hideous hammertoes and bunions. Her feet are mangled. Wouldn't it be better to wear flats a bit and have nice looking feet? |

She exercises two hours a day. Woof.
The 44-year-old has a committed approach to exercise too, and told The Guardian that she loves to spend an hour on the treadmill each morning, saying that she finds it empowering. "For me, that's where I go in the morning, that's 'me' time. It's not just about how it makes you look," Victoria said. "It's how it makes you feel. It really gets me ready for the day. It clears my mind. It's also where I have lots of ideas. It’s a time when I'm not on the phone, I'm not with the children, I'm not with David; I can literally just be left alone." She follows up her morning run with an hour-long session with a personal trainer, where they follow a dance-based workout from the Tracy Anderson Method. https://www.hellomagazine.com/cuisine/2018041847920/victoria-beckham-healthy-fruit-birthday-cake/ |
Not surprised. People whose job it is to stay thin have to resort to techniques to stay thin. Eating the same thing every day so you don't pay attention to what you are eating, yet stay healthy, seems like a workable solution. |
My eating is pretty automated also, not as much as hers - but still. It's really kept me from giving in to temptations |
PP here. I didn't mean I thought she was anorexic. Just making a point that not eating requires discipline. |
there is no way you can have enough energy with that one meail to keep you going, AND do two hours of workout. Stimulants. |

She has been the same size for 25 years and is not on any prescription meds. She has had 4 kids, still with her DH, has managed to steer clear of any gossip or cheating, has raised very normal kids, remains close to her family, has run a successful high faishon empire without having any formal qualification.
She went from a Spice Girl to a faishon mogul. Her super hot husband does not cheat on her, does not have affairs, does not do drugs, whores, gambling and alchohol. Her kids are loved and adored by both her and her husband. I think she is a success in life and a very well disciplined person. |
Are you her physician? How would you know all this? Sometimes I worry about the mental health of grown adults referring to celebrities as if they know them. Your post is not based on facts and you are creepy. |
Her husband cooks for the entire family. She does not cook. David packs her lunch every day. I think she is already winning over the DCUM women who cry about their husbands not being alpha in earning and bed and beta in doing household chores. He is also a dedicated dad. She is a super focused person and that has catapulted her to great heights in her professional life and her personal life is also great. I am sure if she has any genetic predisposition to diseases like high BP, Diabetes, Cholesterol etc - she has keep that at bay with her mostly Mediterranean diet and exercise. She will live happily in comfort, priviledge, luxury, celebrity for a long healthy life with a very hot and successful husband and a great family. I don't know if we will live as long as her but she will easily surpass Olivia Haviland, Doris Day and Betty White. I do not believe that there is any eating disorder because that usually impacts fertility. She is super fertile and popped out 4 kids over 9 years. |
| I think it's a good choice for a permanent menu in terms of taste but I would want a bit of olive oil at least. This may be a wild and incorrect hypothesis but if mercury is stored in fat, maybe she doesn't absorb or can't hold much of the toxin. I love food variety but the same meal daily sounds very convenient too. |
Well, are you her physician? How do you know that she has anorexia or OCD? I find it creepy that grown-ass adults get invested in the lives of adult celebrities and gleefully spread nasty rumors about them. You are creepy and a sad individual with nothing worthwhile happening in your life. I bet you are a fattie with an ugly family. Or probably divorced with no kids. I suggest a squatty potty for you. |
Wow! Sounds like very healthy eating with lots of fruits, veggies and fancy protein. Lots of sprouted grains so she is getting her carbs too!! |
