She has said that she eats sprouted grain cereal and almond milk for breakfast, and then has a superfood green smoothie. Then more special toast, veggies, fruits, seafood etc for lunch and dinner. I am sure she has a full life but she is also not doing cooking and cleaning at home. She can hire the best nutritionist and personal trainer to be in the best shape of her life. Why earn all that money when you end up dying early due to bad health or risky lifestyle choices? There are some super dedicated people in limelight, for example Tom Brady who has a super hard daily exercise and diet regimen that has enabled him to be the GOAT for so many years. Why should VB not emulate successful and smart people like TB?[/quote]
