Victoria Beckham has eaten the same meal for 25 years

Her spice

We don’t know what her spice is. Turmeric? Cumin? Nutmeg?

Agree to most of this, but how is she beautiful? She has a pinched face with pointy features. Her value is being skinny. Not beautiful! And she knows this, hence her eating the same meal daily and avoiding fats.

That's exactly what makes her heart shaped face beautiful.
She also has a really good plastic surgeon who performed just a few subtle tweaks, without changing her main features.

Hmm. I don’t think she has a heart-shaped faced. Her face is drawn and thin and pinched.

BORING! What good is all that money if you don’t live a little!

+1. I eat the same breakfast every day, and the same lunch on my days in the office. (If it were practical for me to eat that same lunch 7 days/week, I would.) My DH started doing the cooking a few years ago, so for dinner I eat whatever he serves me. When I'm alone for dinner, I usually make eggs. I love not thinking about food. I am a healthy weight (BMI=22) and have never had an eating disorder. I like food fine, I just don't enjoy planning meals, shopping for food, or cooking-- thanks to 20 years of cooking for picky kids.

I do like baking ok, but I don't do it very often, maybe once a month.

I disagree. I think she was pretty and very charismatic from the get go. By far the prettiest Spice Girl. I am European, and I can tell you that she was hugely popular in the 90s. My hot French boyfriend at the time had a huge crush on her.
I think Americans are used to the blond bimbo look (aka Jessica Simpson - big fake whitened teeth, big boobs, muscular legs, chicken of the sea brains, lol) and don’t really have a great sense of what is considered natural beauty outside of the US. Like you guys thing here that Jennifer Aniston is this great beauty (such a boring and boring-looking woman), and we European just roll our eyes.

We Americans roll our eyes at the Europeans who refuse to use deodorant.

Jen still eats a salad EVERY day.

This is all understandable given the public demand for skinny celebs.

This doesn’t seem unhealthy. We should eat several cups of vegetables a day. Now if they’re eating it without any dressing, that’s odd.

I posted about this earlier. It’s certainly not unhealthy but it’s weird. All three of them ate the same salad every workday for ten years.

Not surprised. People whose job it is to stay thin have to resort to techniques to stay thin. Eating the same thing every day so you don't pay attention to what you are eating, yet stay healthy, seems like a workable solution.

My eating is pretty automated also, not as much as hers - but still. It's really kept me from giving in to temptations

+1. I love food but I am so busy with kids and life that I eat whenever I feel very hungry and usually small amounts of whatever healthy good I have around. Not for any other reason but the fact that I often don’t have time to eat and enjoy long, big meals and only eat to have energy and go through my day.
The benefit is, it has kept me at size 0. I am the same age as Victoria and the same build.

You don’t sound like a person who loves food, gotta say.

So you speak for all “European” (sic)?

I'm very confident the Beckhams have private chefs and dietitians who make sure Victoria Beckham gets the quota of nutrients. That's why very wealthy people always look so thin and trim.

Like Oprah?

I should try that along with salads. Too many carbs, sugar is very hard on my body.
Cannot eat the sliced bread in the bag at all.

Oprah didn’t grow up wealthy and came from the deep south where they fry everything in bacon grease.

Lots of people? That's news to me, I'm sure there are people out there who feel this way but I've never actually heard of it.

My boss is like this. He will shame people if they eat more than 2 slices of pizza at pizza lunch. I don't eat in front of him anymore.

Why can't you? You could do it for lunch or breakfast

I eat salad every day, twice a day (lunch and dinner). I have other food too, but there's always a salad.

Victoria is not a natural beauty. Maybe you haven't seen her starve herself and the glam hair/makeup/clothes. That's not natural beauty. Jesus.

Look, she's beautiful for sure. And in a different way than Jennifer Aniston. But, if Europeans favor waif thin and looking like you've smoked a pack a day, well, we'll have to agree to disagree on that one.
