Nanny here in a really bad place with my employer

Which person? I truly believe that OP hasn’t got a clue why her MB is so angry with her. And OP has no way of knowing what is going to happen when she goes back to work. It’s a horrible position to put any employee in. Especially a nanny of three years.

I hope this is never the case. I use DCUM Nanny forum to vent rather than tell anyone in real life. It has helped me so much to flush issues out here. And some things are just temporary frustrations - once I write them out, I feel better.

I find it highly unlikely that someone would be able to identify OP based on the information she presented. Besides, there are posters from all over the nation on DCUM and OP didn’t indicate what town she was from.
