A lawyer is one that wrote the contract. Maybe the way I explain it was confusing about guaranteed hours. No where did I say I wasn't being paid for hours I was working. I stated that I was guaranteed average of 40 a week. If I work 55 hours I am paid for 55 hours.



She stated she paid for hours worked not just 40. She did not state about OT but clearly stated she paid for 55 hours.

Yes, I am paid OT. I stated I am paid for hours I work. I was only stating I'm guaranteed 40 a week. Nothing about pay.

I imagine that means you're properly paid time and a half during any week you work over 40 hours.

So your paycheck is different every time?
