OP, you just have to observe the kid's behavior to make a judgment call.
I don't approve of friendship with a Yemen immigrant who is teaching DD some inappropriate gestures. But I know kids from a middle class family that I don't want DC to hang around with. They have terrible manners and no interests besides video games. |

| Kill the species...they have been allowed to breed. Is this a producer from the Lifetime Channel asking this question for cable-tv show. I must say the person who asked this question...resides in the most appropriate neighborhood called Petworth because this question is for the dogs. |
Hey... But there are literally a lot of pooches!

Guess we know OP is a male troll: "OP Here. I just wanted to thank everyone for their thoughtful responses. I know I worded the original post in a provocative way, and that was by design. It was really interesting to see how everyone has responded." Yeah, you worded it in a provocative way because you're a troll. |
I've been a youth group leader for many years. I've never had a "bad" kids, but I've had a few with serious emotional and behavioral problems. The one's I've had have always had parent who tried very had to address their kids' problem with limited results. In my experience, the apple can fall far from the tree. |
