I get Retin-A from my dermatologist. I have cystic acne and after the first few months of disgusting, nasty purging, my skin is beautiful. Not just no more acne but even the old reddish scars are fading. Oh and it also is fading my hyperpigmentation too! You can use it for wrinkles too but you'll have to use it for at least 6-12 months before seeing results. Start using it VERY slowly. Just a pea sized amount every few nights until your skin adjusts.

I love EltaMD. I buy it on Amazon. Absolutely non sticky and very light, comfortable texture.

Never heard about magnesium supplements for sleeping- I'll have to look into this as I can't seem to get a good night's sleep anymore.

google it, even NIH has done studies on it. It's not glamorous and doctors have an aversion to natural cures. It is real and it is a life changer,

that would give me major diarrhea. Are you the poster who was in bed and didn't realize she was having an accident?[/quote]

No that was me. Turns out I had food poisoning with no pains or warning.

Yep! The kind you cook with. Just rub a pea sized amount between your palms to liquefy it and put it on your hair/face/skin. I only use it for my hair though. It's too greasy for my face.

But it's hard, hard, hard to make time to wash it ever day when juggling small kids, job etc. I never believed a dry shampoo could work but it is amazing! I actually put it on before I go to bed at night and can then eke another day out of my hair without washing it.

I'm in a similar situation. My hair looks dirty after a day. I may give this a try!

I have tried a lot of dry shampoos and Batiste works very well and is very reasonable priced. I have very dark hair, so I use the one for brunettes which has just a little tint. The white ones make my hair look grey!

+1 to the recommendation above for "It's a 10" leave-in hair treatment. I've never found anything close to it!

Haven't tried Batiste but might give it a whirl. I use Tigi Dirty Secret. I have brown hair too and it does give me the gray tint in spots, but I just rub it out with my fingers or a dry washcloth. Dry Shampoo has been a total game changer for me. I get more compliments with dirty hair than I do on the days I wash it!
