She was detained by the government, not by the university. The university can do anything about it, the government can. It is completely a political issue.

Skyscraper was not blocked. What was blocked was "KYS" which some idiot posters have been using for "kill yourself" as a response to posts they don't like. But, that inadvertently blocked skyscraper. I've removed it so now users won't be blocked for telling each other to kill themselves.
