Can't be too hard even this late. I found one yesterday no problem at the local grocery store.
I've hired this company https://threemenandatruck.net/d-c-packers-and-movers/ to move us twice and didn't have any problems. Mainly went with them because they were cheaper than all the others we looked at.
I think the whole system is beyond repair. The founding fathers would be rolling in their graves at what's going on in the current political climate.

Yep! They're great even with very little weight. Does wonders for the legs & butt!

Books are full of scary ideas. Oh the humanity! Seriously though, I think scare tactics are pretty much the norm in politics now. The weird thing is that the scariest thing to both parties is the other party. I'm so sick of the mentality of people approaching politics like a sport. My team good, your team bad, etc. Things don't get done unless both parties work together and find common ground and that's not going to happen unless the electorate reflects those same ideals.

Bingo. Give your body some time to recover if you're that sore. And I'd say stretch thoroughly, hold them longer than normal.
Regular exercise and moderating things like alcohol and sugar can go a long way. That's pretty much all I do I can basically eat whatever I want (within reason) and stay fairly fit.
