Update: I first went to the CVS and used the cuff. Blood pressure was somewhat elevated, especially compared to what's normal for me. I bought a cuff and measured it at home and this morning, still elevated but the swelling went down. Saw my OB today and nothing alarming but they sent me for blood work.
32 weeks pregnant here and my hands and feet look swollen today when they weren't yesterday. I know some swelling is considered "normal" but then google also says that sudden swelling is not normal. Believe it or not, I have not had any swelling until now. So which is it? Should I be worried?
40 is my limit unless it's a race day or I NEED to do it because I'm training for something.
I'm 30 weeks and hit my recommended weight gain limit. Also I'm having a terrible time sleeping.
I bought a pair of Frye boots and had a cobbler slice off the top for my short legs. Cost $30. I also have Clarks that I was able to wear off the rack and those are comfy.
I love it and there are always good deals for it on Black Friday.
Vidal Sassoon at Tysons Galleria. It's pricey but they specialize in edgy modern cuts.
Reminder that whenever a stylist "offers" something, it usually comes with an upcharge.
