Does anyone know about my chances for EW Stokes, 2nd grade, at #22?

We just moved to DC and found out we're wait listed for EW Stokes Bilingual for 2nd grade (Spanish) at #22. I don't know what this number means in terms of our chances of getting in - especially for 2nd grade. Any experts out there who could shed some light on this for us? I don't want to get my hopes up (but, yeah, they're up).
