Love peapod!
You can make the pasta ahead of time and again just either add a little butter or olive oil so the noodles don't stick together.
Highly suggest getting a stability ball! Cheapest equipment you can buy, I got mine through the Beachbody website and it was 30$. (http://www.beachbody.com/product/fitness_gear/balance_ball.do) My routine is fairly simple; During commercials I do squats, jumping jacks, and push ups, then during the show I do all ball exercises which is usually a full body workout. If you need help with stability ball exercises I use this guide- http://www.realsimple.com/health/fitness-exercise/workouts/workout-with-exercise-ball-00000000045486/index.html
I find easy quick recipes on Pinterest all the time. This one is my favorite: http://lovingmyfamilyof5.blogspot.ca/2012/08/easy-dinner.html?showComment=1345574300593&m=1

I am also a huge fan of the crockpot. There are endless meals you can make in them. Start it in the morning before you go to work and dinner is ready when you come home. This Crockpot pot roast is my favorite: http://www.toolboxteenah.blogspot.com/2012/08/recipe-wednesday-crockpot-pot-roast.html
I did the Brazil Butt Lift Master Series to help me tone and tighten my trouble areas (butt, thighs, abs). I was able to get the workouts done while the LOs were napping or in the morning before they would wake up. The workouts were fun and I really love Leandro Carvalho the instructor; his accent is great!

BTW It comes with a nutritional guide and a schedule so that you benefit from the workouts.
I had an awesome experience with TurboFire. I actually lost 15 lbs doing it ( I was also eating healthy). You burn so many more calories ten if you were just doing a mild workout. They're quick and intense exercises which I really like. I've been looking for a new program to start. Any suggestions?
I've done a bunch of research to see what has worked for other people and I've seen the Beachbody brand name thrown around a lot. And then my good friend just finished Insanity and also recommended that I looked into the Beachbody brand to see what other programs might work for me. I'm looking into trying out Les Mills Combat -- It has a combo of a bunch of different martial arts, so it seems like it'll be different than any other program I've tried. What other BB workouts have you guys had a success with?
Squats, Split Squats, Lungers, Step-Ups -- These are all really great for working out your lower body.
What do you think about the p90x cardio DVD's? If you want to increase the intensity you can try the p90x2 or even switch programs completely and go for the insanity program (http://www.beachbody.com/product/fitness_programs/insanity.do) instead. You're guaranteed results from these programs they kick your butt!!! I'm 35+ lbs down from when I started the insanity program and couldn't be happier!
I was a brownie and a girl scout and so was my daughter. Daisies isn't too important I would hold off until Brownie age and try to become as involved as possible. I had a great time being involved with my daughters brownie troop it is definitely a fantastic thing for young girls to be involved in-- even if they don't want to stick with it until girl scouts it's a great thing while they're young.
Wow thanks for the recommendation! This seems like a great mini vacay idea! I'm going to look into planning a trip like with with my family-- thanks for the tips!
I borrowed the Brazil Butt Lift DVDs from a friend of mine who bought the set but never found time to use them. I was so pleasantly surprised with the results I saw! Within 3 weeks I was down a whole pants size and could completely notice a change in the shape of my butt! I kid you not! I recommend this program to everyone! I'm pretty excited for the Brazil Butt lift Master Series to come out as well. I will definitely be purchasing this for myself. http://www.beachbody.com/product/fitness_programs/brazil-butt-lift-master-series-advanced-workout.do
